Ingredientes:
• 1 kg de mandioca crua (passada no master ou liquidificador)
• 4 ovos (claras em neve)
• 100 g de coco ralado
• 30 g de margarina sem sal
• 250 g de açúcar a gosto
Preparo da Massa:
Moa a mandioca, misture as gemas, o coco, a margarina e as claras em neve. Adicione o açúcar e mexa bem.
Disponha em forma untada e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180oC, por cerca de 40 minutos.
